Dr. Yvette Rice

LLVE, LLC owner and President

LLVE, LLC owner and President, Dr. Yvette Rice is a results-oriented Executive with Front End of the Business acumen and demonstrated success in developing and execut­ing technical communications strategies that maximize team effectiveness, develop talent, and drive lasting cultural change. Serving in the Marketplace for more than 40 years, Dr. Rice has used her executive leadership and communi­cation skills to direct and oversee Technical Writing teams that develop Win-Win strat­egies for acquiring contracts with city, state, and federal governments, for businesses and non-profits nationally and internationality.

A published author, Dr. Rice utilizes her expertise, influence, and business insight to partner with Sr. Executives of large corporations to produce books, white papers, and prolific articles related to Leadership Development, Mentorship, Coaching, as well as Business Advancement, developing and deploying plat­forms globally. Serving as the President of LLVE, LLC, Dr. Rice gathers wisdom from the Word of God and lessons learned in the marketplace to ignite her passion for empowering women with a Biblical twist.

A lifelong learner, Dr. Rice has a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and a master’s and doctoral degree in theology from the North Carolina College of Theology Satellite Extension Program; Wilmington, North Carolina. Dr. Rice is also a 2021 Honor Graduate of the Jack Welch Management Institute Online MBA Program – Strayer University.

Ms. Connie Teague

Ms. Connie Teague is a former Federal Government Employee with 40 years of experience as a planner, instructor, and facilitator with the Army Corp of Engineers. As a Project Manager, Teague served as the planner, facilitator, instructor, and subject matter expert for the Military Construction Information Systems Cost Estimator (ISCE) software and Information Systems Planning, Programming and Cost Estimation Workshops.

Teague’s extensive instructor and training documentation background includes developing lesson plans, detailed specifications for enhancements to the ISCE software program, and  a detailed breakout of funding requirements needed from year-to-year, that were submitted to the proponent, United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command. Teague’s expertise in professional training and proposal development is an added strength to the LLVE, LLC Team. Teague holds an Acquisition Management Certification.

LLVE, LLC Joint Venture Team for WeTECH Rocks Consortium

(Women in Technology Rock)

WeTECH Rocks is a Joint Venture and Women in Technology consortium comprised of three Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) entities, Amanda Goodson Global, LLC, LLVE, LLC, and Odetta Scott Consulting. WeTECH Rocks’ mission is to become a global leader in bridging the gap for the advancement of women in STEM by providing them leadership advantages through online and onsite professional development training programs. The WeTECH Rocks Team leverages more than 60 years of personal experience in the STEM industry to enhance other STEM women’s professional and leadership capabilities through the astute capabilities of Dr. Amanda Goodson, Dr. Yvette Rice, and Odetta Scott, MBA, MSOD.

Dr. Amanda Goodson

As an aerospace engineer at NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration), Dr. Amanda Goodson became the first female senior executive in Safety & Mission Assurance for Propulsion Systems. She also served as the first African American woman appointed as Director of Safety & Mission Assurance, with over 35 successful launches under her leadership at the NASA Kennedy Space Center Launch Facility. Dr. Goodson is presently a senior leader, business operations manager, and staff executive at a Fortune 100 Engineering Firm. A woman of multiple revenue streams, Dr. Goodson is the owner of Amanda Goodson Global, LLC. Dr. Goodson was a 2022 Women of Color STEM Career Achievement Award recipient.

Goodson’s educational background includes a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, an M.S. in Management, and a Doctorate in Leadership Administration. Goodson is also certified through the NASA Management Education Program and the Penn State University Program for Strategic Leadership

Mrs. Odetta Scott, MBA, MSOD

Odetta Scott, a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, is an Associate Director of Indirect Procurement for a major Fortune 100 STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) Corporation.

Scott has cultivated a commendable passion for helping others through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs for close to 24 years. She is the 2021 recipient of the Career Communications Group, Incorporated, Women of Color Diversity Leadership Award. Additionally, Scott chairs the Leading Inspired Females in Technology (LIFT) Recognition & Retention Committee.

Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.  She received her MBA from Jackson State University and a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
