Coaching Services Description
Coaching is an ongoing conversation where we provide encouragement, guidance, and honest feedback as YOU pursue YOUR personal and professional goals. LLVE, LLC fully expects you to grow personally and professionally as you successfully pursue your passions and goals! YOU will define the agenda.
LLVE, LLC expects our clients to experience measurable returns on investment, increased productivity, and growth. LLVE, LLC clients have experienced a heightened awareness of their leadership skills and professional and personal development strengths and weaknesses. They have developed unique strategies for pursuing their passions and goals.
LLVE, LLC’s clients have also successfully achieved the goals established or effectively reached milestones in pursuing their ultimate goals. YOUR results will vary depending on how long we work together and what actions YOU take.
Coaching Objectives
The responsibility of LLVE, LLC is to provide content, insight, tools, wisdom, framework, ideas, and feedback. YOUR responsibility is to move from awareness to action and accountability. Our coaching services provide many structures for you to meet your individual goals.
The objectives of coaching include, but are not limited to:
- Increasing accountability of your personal and professional goals
- Improving specific skills related to your role. Such as managerial skills, communication, conflict resolution, time management, productivity, and effectiveness
- Supporting your growth past your limiting beliefs
- Relationship development
- Being a sounding board
LLVE, LLC Individual Coaching Packages
Silver Package: One (1) – One-hour session per month. This package includes an Everything DiSC Personality Assessment and a TKI Conflict Management Assessment. The Executive Coaching Agreement is for 12 months.
Gold: Two (2) One-hour sessions per month. This package also includes an Everything DiSC Personality Assessment, and a TKI Conflict Management Assessment. The Executive Coaching Agreement is for 12 months.
Platinum: Two (2) One-hour sessions per month. This package also includes an Everything DiSC Personality Assessment, and a TKI Conflict Management Assessment, and the Teams, Leaders, and Change: Accelerating Women in Leadership book and workbook. Additional calls and emails to discuss situational leadership between sessions are permitted. The Executive Coaching Agreement is for 12 months.

All coaching programs require a minimum of one year invested. Coaching is a marathon rather than a sprint!
