What happens when LLVE, LLC creates opportunities for empowered women to integrate their faith and God-given gifts into their marketplace purpose? The answer is clear. Dr. Yvette believes that every woman possesses a divine purpose and unique assignments ordained by God. She has taken LLVE, LLC to the next level as an innovative initiative designed to empower women who are committed to enhancing their professional lives while focusing on their spiritual growth and development as leaders through the Faith-Filled Leadership Institute for Women.
Instead of emphasizing religious symbols or practices, Dr. Yvette aims to help women uncover their God-given potential in their professional journeys. The Faith-Filled Leadership Institute for Women equips women to harness their unique gifts and strengths, enabling them to create a profound and lasting impact on those they lead and the world around them. We chose the term “Faith-Filled” to highlight the significance of “Women of Faith” who desire to live according to God’s will and understand that their success is rooted in trusting God’s promises in the Bible.
Why offer a women-only training program?
Often, women work in male-dominated environments or report to male executives. Research indicates that women benefit from leadership development programs that incorporate “gender-sensitive teaching and learning practices.” Our women-only programs enable women to openly share their experiences of facing biases, stories of resilience, and moments of hope and discovery, ultimately leading to success without feeling inferior while being supported within a professional community of women. LLVE, LLC uses the One-to-Many versus the One-to-One approach for most of our programs.

LLVE, LLC is dedicated to creating an enlightening and safe community for “Women of Faith” in the Marketplace who are seeking excellent Faith-filled Leadership and Personal Development. Our programs leverage the extensive experience of successful women executives, who collectively bring over 75 years of expertise in executive leadership and ministry. Many of these women are also bestselling authors on subjects relating to leadership for women and women of faith.
Executive coaching encompasses various elements, primarily focusing on facilitating change. Our Faith-Filled Leadership Executive Coaching Programs emphasize discovering resilience, building God-empowered Confidence, and becoming your best self through God’s Word, the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, and the leadership experience of our seasoned Facilitators and Executive Coaches. As you become more self-aware regarding skills related to Emotional Intelligence, Communication Skills, Leadership Styles, and Conflict Management, you will also develop into the powerful woman God created you to be. Our goal is to align the Holy Spirit’s Gifts with the extraordinary leader within you.
