The Empowered Spirit-Filled Leader 90-Day Coaching Program
LLVE, LLC’s Signature Coaching Program includes the Team, Leaders, and Change (TLC): Accelerating Women in Leadership Development Program authored by Dr. Yvette Rice, Dr. Amanda Goodson, and Mrs. Odetta Scott with Dr. Yvette’s Biblical S.P.O.T. Analysis Study. The TLC Program enhances clients’ abilities to overcome “the emotional effects of gender bias in the Marketplace by building confidence and self-efficacy while further developing their professional and leadership capabilities.” Dr. Yvette’s Biblical S.P.O.T. Analysis coursework invites participants to delve deeper into the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and their applications in the Marketplace.
The Empowered Spirit-Filled Leader Program is a 90-day coaching initiative consisting of 12 live sessions (one per week for one hour, including a Q&A segment). LLVE, LLC offers this program in three-month cycles throughout the year and aims to empower you in several key areas:
• Identify Your Strengths: Discover your natural and spiritual strengths as a leader and learn how to leverage them with “God-empowered Confidence.”
• Address Weaknesses: Recognize your leadership weaknesses and gain tools to improve these areas using Biblical principles and TLC Leadership Principles.
• Enhance Cultural Awareness: Improve your ability to adapt and thrive in your industry by understanding the gifts and talents of your team members and direct reports.
• Sharpen Communication Skills: Develop your communication abilities to meet the demands of a professional environment effectively.
• Community Support: Engage with a supportive community of fellow participants in a collaborative environment created through our private group.
