Dr. Yvette Rice
Bestselling Amazon Author * Pastor* Successful Business Owner
Dr. Yvette Rice, a woman who believes we should win in both life and business, is the owner and President of LLVE, LLC (pronounced “LIVE,” which stands for Ladies Living in Victory and Excellence”). She brings a unique approach to Leadership and Ministry. After a 15-year hiatus from her engineering career, under the guidance of the Lord, Dr. Rice returned to the Marketplace with feelings of fear, insecurity, and doubt. However, she soon realized that the same Holy Spirit Power and Gifts she experienced within the walls of her local congregation as a minister were also available for her daily life in the Marketplace. A few months after returning to work, this realization transformed her from a woman filled with self-doubt into a successful Program Manager of a multi-million dollar contract, reclaiming her career with what she calls “God-fidence.” But what is God-fidence? It is the God-endowed Confidence that operates through believers by the Holy Spirit.
From that pivotal moment in her office, Dr. Yvette recognized that God had strategically placed her there to understand how the Gifts of the Holy Spirit discussed in I Corinthians 12:1-11 should be active as we lead others in the Marketplace, whether as career professionals or business owners. With over 35 years of exceptional leadership experience in the Marketplace and Ministry, the author of multiple books, including the bestselling book she co-authored, Women Leading by Faith: Make a Difference Now!, Dr. Yvette brings a wealth of wisdom and knowledge to the table. She is eager to share it with other women because she believes it is time to equip women to harness their unique Spiritual Gifts and strengths, enabling them to create a profound and lasting impact on those they lead in the Marketplace and the world around them.
