1. What is the Faith-Filled Institute for Women?
The Faith-Filled Institute for Women is a leadership and business development community created to equip faith-driven women to lead, build, and grow their businesses with Biblical Wisdom, practical business strategy, and God-Empowered Confidence™.
We believe God calls women into the Marketplace for purposeful impact, not just to stay busy. He entrusts us with unique gifts, ideas, influence, resources, and vision to be faithfully stewarded for His glory.
Through masterclasses, executive-level development, business training, and other learning experiences, the Institute helps women move beyond simply working harder and begin building businesses and careers with greater clarity, structure, confidence, and impact.
Our goal is to help women bring their faith into the Marketplace—not leave it at the door.
2. Who is the Faith-Filled Institute for Women designed to serve?
The Institute is designed for faith-driven women who desire to integrate their relationship with God with how they lead, work, build, and make decisions in the Marketplace.
This includes women entrepreneurs, business owners, consultants, professionals, executives, and emerging leaders.
Some women come to us because their businesses are growing, but everything still depends on them. Others are navigating a new level of leadership, struggling with the tension between faith and ambition, or sensing that God is calling them to greater influence and impact.
Wherever you are in your journey, the common denominator is a desire to pursue excellence and growth without separating your faith from your professional life.
3. Do I need to own a business to participate?
No. While several of our programs are specifically designed for entrepreneurs and business owners, the Faith-Filled Institute for Women also provides development for women working in corporations, government, nonprofit organizations, ministries, and other professional environments.
Our foundational principles—leadership, stewardship, confidence, influence, decision-making, professional growth, and biblical alignment—extend far beyond entrepreneurship.
Individual programs may be designed for a particular audience or stage of development, so we encourage you to review the program description to determine which opportunity best fits where you are today.
4. Do I need to belong to a particular denomination or church?
No. The Faith-Filled Institute for Women is not affiliated with a particular denomination.
Our programs are grounded in biblical principles and a Christian worldview. Women from different Christian traditions are welcome.
We focus on helping women understand how their faith can inform their leadership, stewardship, business decisions, professional development, and service to others in the Marketplace.
5. What makes the Faith-Filled Institute different from other business and leadership programs?
We don’t believe women should have to choose between faith and strategy.
Many business programs teach strategy without addressing spiritual alignment. Some faith-based environments provide excellent spiritual encouragement but may not address the practical leadership, financial, operational, and organizational realities required to build a sustainable business.
The Faith-Filled Institute brings these worlds together.
We help women examine their internal alignment as a leader while also addressing the external structure of the business or organization.
That means we can talk about prayer and purpose—and also leadership, revenue, operations, capacity, delegation, profitability, organizational structure, and sustainable growth.
Because building what God has entrusted to you requires both faithful stewardship and effective leadership.
6. Can I pursue greater revenue, influence, and business growth without compromising my faith?
Absolutely.
There is nothing inherently unspiritual about building a profitable, sustainable business. Profit allows a healthy business to continue operating, compensate people appropriately, invest in growth, serve customers well, create opportunities, and expand its impact.
The issue isn’t simply whether we pursue growth. The deeper question is what is driving that growth and how are we pursuing it?
We encourage women to examine their motives, seek God’s wisdom, operate with integrity, create genuine value, and steward what has been placed in their hands.
Faith doesn’t require you to abandon ambition. It helps ensure that your ambition remains submitted to purpose, stewardship, integrity, and God’s direction.

7. How can I know whether my business goals are aligned with God’s purpose for me?
Alignment begins by recognizing that a good opportunity is not automatically a God-directed opportunity.
We encourage women to bring their vision, goals, motives, strategies, and decisions before God while also developing the leadership discipline necessary to evaluate what they are building.
Ask questions such as:
Does this direction align with Biblical Principles?
Am I pursuing this because of purpose—or pressure, comparison, fear, or ego?
Does this opportunity allow me to steward my gifts and resources well?
Will this direction create genuine value for the people I am called to serve?
Have I created enough space to hear God’s direction rather than simply reacting to the demands of my business?
One of the foundational principles we teach is alignment before multiplication. Before asking God to increase what we are building, we should be willing to examine whether what we are building is aligned with what He has entrusted to us.
8. Does the Institute teach practical business strategy or primarily spiritual development?
Both.
The Faith-Filled Institute is intentionally designed to bridge Biblical Principles and practical Marketplace application.
Depending upon the program, our training may address leadership development, business structure, revenue, operations, capacity, executive decision-making, financial intelligence, professional influence, organizational performance, and sustainable growth.
At the same time, we examine the internal issues that can affect how women lead—including confidence, identity, fear, stewardship, faith, ambition, authority, and purpose.
We believe prayer should inform strategy—but prayer does not eliminate the need for strategy.
Prayer is where a Christian businesswoman seeks God for wisdom, discernment, direction, correction, timing, and alignment.
James 1:5 tells us that if we lack wisdom, we should ask God. Proverbs 3:5–6 teaches us to acknowledge Him in all our ways and trust Him to direct our paths.
So before making significant decisions—launching a product, entering a market, hiring employees, pursuing financing, changing pricing, expanding operations—the faith-driven CEO should seek God.
Faith and excellent business practices belong in the same room.
9. What if my business is growing, but everything still depends on me?
This is one of the challenges we specifically address.
You can have customers, revenue, and a growing reputation and still discover that you haven’t actually built a sustainable business—you’ve built a business that depends almost entirely on you.
You’re answering the emails.
You’re serving the clients.
You’re solving every problem.
You’re making every decision.
You’re carrying the vision while also carrying most of the execution.
We call this the Founder Dependency Trap™.

The CEO You Are Called To Be™ Masterclass is designed to help faith-driven women entrepreneurs examine the leadership shifts necessary to move from overwhelmed business operator toward visionary CEO.
The Masterclass explores hidden challenges that can prevent otherwise capable women from growing—including the tension between faith and ambition, leadership misalignment, founder dependency, and insufficient business structure.
Participants are introduced to concepts and tools such as the CEO Leadership Alignment Assessment™, the Founder Dependency Trap™, the Four Structural Shifts™, and our Alignment → Structure → Multiplication Framework™.
It is an excellent starting point for women who sense they have reached another level in their business but recognize that getting there will require them to lead differently. This Masterclass is complimentary, but you must reserve your seat at the table.
11. What is the Spirit-Empowered Businesswomen™ Intensive?
The Spirit-Empowered Businesswomen™ Intensive is our executive-level development experience for faith-driven women entrepreneurs who are ready to move beyond inspiration and begin strengthening the leadership and business structures required for sustainable growth.
The Intensive addresses four critical areas through the Four Structural Shifts™:
Leadership. Revenue. Operations. Capacity.
Participants examine how they are leading, how their businesses generate sustainable revenue, where operational weaknesses may be limiting growth, and what must change to increase organizational capacity.
The experience also incorporates our Alignment → Structure → Multiplication Framework™, helping women connect internal leadership alignment with the practical structure necessary to build toward greater revenue, freedom, and lasting impact.
